面粉 500克

水 100克

盐 15克

油 10克

方法/步骤

简单和面法：在面粉中加入少许盐，边加水边用筷子搅拌，很容易就能把面粉搅到一起。放到案板上揉一揉即可。醒上10到30分钟更好。

将面团分成几份，擀好刷油。花生油最佳，其他食用油也可。

对折再对折。这样擀开能增加饼的层次。

电饼铛底部刷油，饼的表面再次刷油。
